Ten years ago, Ginny (Toni Gonzaga), an Architecture student, and Marco (Piolo Pascual), a History professor, began a one-of-a-kind and unpredictable love story. 比利小子的后传，情节渲染的不错，寥寥几个人物刻画得都很传神，近年来最好的西部片之一，在武侠、西部片相继衰落的今天，能有这样的佳作，属实不易，虽然比不上黄金年代的巨作，但也绝不是乏善可陈。
从故事到画面，从对白到配乐，无比复古，无比传统，在这个科恩兄弟和昆汀用各种现代手法让西部片不那么西部的时代，在被政治正确绑架的好莱坞剧本陷入低能死循环的时代，《老亨利》让人重新回到约翰韦恩和伊斯特伍德纵横好莱坞时那个传奇的西部岁月
中规中矩，不过西部片的气质一直吸引着我，风景，服饰，和那里的出事规则。
依旧保持西部片的精神内核，只是结局隐喻着西部片没落的现实，而这种现实大概起于三十年之前。

编剧很取巧，运用了比利小子英雄迟暮解甲归田谢幕之战这样的噱头看点，摄影技巧说得过去，前半段剧情进展过于缓慢，不过胜在结尾高潮部分枪战写实精彩

至少闪回交代一下以前的“丰绩”吧，不然还是显得突兀。就算信任了，也不至于为其拼命，特别是作为本来就是想隐姓埋名的人，带着儿子离开不应该是最好的选择吗？
太多售卖廉价情感的电影的现在，这样的电影算是少有了。
一句话的情节能拍出这种厚重感，这就是基本功。

西部片给人的感觉总是混乱而又暴力，真怀疑当时人们怎么活下来的。正如老亨利，即便归隐又怎能逃得过这样的西部世界，混乱终有终结，希望正在路上，一如儿子远去的背影。
前面氛围营造的不错，但是最后的大决战也太儿戏了吧，反转也是草率
