The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 差不多的主题，比花束无论节奏还是叙事都差了不少，不咸不淡的。黑岛结菜精致而富少女朝气的脸庞很难带入疲惫少妇的寂寞。
即使掺杂了其他颜色，原本的色彩并不会消失，只是看起来像其他不同颜色，但其中有我们所知道的原来的色彩
讲述了一个人在中年的男子，对待自己的感情、自己的孩子、自己的母亲以及曾经的爱人间的自我挣扎、困惑与迷茫。没有很惊艳，中规中矩的一部。
故事前后脱节。交往三年才坦白已婚也太那啥了吧。
