The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 想由整部电影推导出电影最后结尾的字幕显然“证据”“逻辑”不足，只能说历史人物有多面性，相应地历史事件也能从不同方面解读与“挽尊”。
原以为是要给张伯伦洗白，没想到是还原事实…
精神分裂的剧本，用一段祈愿和平的独白洗张伯伦，最后那段字幕又要说明什么，还是在准备战争
好看！不知道历史上张伯伦是不是真这么考虑的
也许我也可以喜欢历史、战争片。但有时候会因为已经知道了结果而害怕即将到来、无可扭转的命运
爬梯开了百年了，还真是一点没变。竟然有点感动着。
我至今仍然记得初中历史课本里猛烈地抨击张伯伦，以至于一提到绥靖两个字，我首先想到的就是他挥舞着那张纸的样子，仿佛他才是那个反派。电影的结尾说张伯伦的做法让盟国有了充足的准备赢得战争，其实如何评价张伯伦，这个问题的答案并不重要，重要的是要有自己的思考，以及多角度看问题的意识。

时代电影，美化绥靖政策啊，关键也就缓了一年啊，英国了准备了，德国人也更有准备了啊，那会德国还没有直接硬刚英法的实力啊

游走的有些过于…虚构…整体也更像一集电视剧而不是一部完整的影片。

很有英国味和凝重感的历史剧，尤其是张伯伦演得非常好。丘吉尔在回忆录里由衷地赞扬张伯伦是个仁慈古典派头的绅士，虽然他的努力只是延缓了一年战争。
虽然看似主角们做的是无用功，虽然最后的战争没有避免，但不做怎么能知道呢
抛开史实不谈的话，片子拍的很好，就是前期手持太抖了点，演员演技太棒了，氛围感满分。
