The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 8.5/10 2021年看过最好的美国电影，甚至不用加之一，是血统纯正的美国片。保罗施拉德让人敬佩，重复的拍着同一种电影、写着同一类主人公。依然是机械学的，单管镜的，心理现实主义，剧作无懈可击，导演异常沉稳，无误的精确度与恰当的适配性，几乎抹去了调度上本应揭示的若干导演意图性，控制力被隐去，用最小主义的调度，排除任何拟情或共情的可能。片尾主人公同样迎来了自己的恩宠时刻，一如American Gigolo和Light Sleeper那样 (即使追根溯源这来自布列松的启示)。虽早已不是第一次看施拉德的电影，但每当看他的新片时还是会叹服这般作者意志。

是大脑的电影，而不是手的。这对玩牌的手，虐囚的手，杀人的手，在荧幕上近乎隐身。是禁止运动的电影，停滞的电影。布列松的手凿，摸，偷，是欢愉的手，冲动的手，而施拉德的手是冷漠的。大张旗鼓地包起所有家具，简朴到铺张，也背离布列松本意。刻意低调的表演不过是一种赘饰。

男主确实有点帅。真的那种互相怼的性张力太足了。商业经营精神洁癖身材又好，绝绝子了，也算是今年看过的chick film里面还算笑的开心的了！

很可爱的爱情轻喜剧，男女主身高差好萌，Lucy离开《美少女谎言》后拍电影了，很好很适合她
