The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 叙事节奏还可以，但女主实在长得太难看了，无法被带入戏。30分钟弃剧。加拿大制片的电影几乎就没几部是好电影，除了Eggers的《Lighthouse》。

很常见的暧昧故事，东亚来拍就很纯情，老美来拍就是另一种大大咧咧的味道。
CG化让这些角色更萌了，毛茸茸的非常可爱！低幼的情节比较好理解，丰富鲜艳的画面让大人看着也不无聊。唯一问题是，女主角爸爸的消失让男娃小宝宝困惑了好久：它们怎么都没有爸爸呢？始终觉得是更适合女孩看的动画，我这个大女孩就看得很开心啊！加上各种歌唱舞蹈，低幼小马团体舞台剧，华丽啊～～

可可爱爱，有明确的主题，剧情完整，很不错的励志型低幼动画！歌也都不错听
那场打电话的戏我可以看一百遍。俩人都拿着话筒，一言不发，只是辨认彼此的呼吸。
导演写给1970年代的情书，只不过写的烂了点；男主如果能更好看、或者至少看上去更灵光点就好了。
容貌平平的两位主演真实可信有魅力，可以可以。
PTA许是老了，镜头语言和横向调度自然驾轻就熟，外表看上去也还有点“怪鸡”，内核却已经俗不可耐了，还有套路的情节编排和刻意的符号填充，只能算是“作者式行活儿”。

美国式的爱情，充满了捉摸不透的浪漫，在狂乱纷纭的薄雾里，却也始终有一条若有若无的路径，导引向最终的目的地。片名《甘草披萨》乍看之下，与内容似乎并无关联，或许影片所涉及的那个年代里的青春爱情，与甘草披萨存在某种内在共同性。
