The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 同样是《童年往事》，视角多么清奇！虚构与史实并行，同时还回顾了那段历史～人类物质文明大爆发，浮躁腐化了精神文明，《回到太空》，还要马斯克这样的人物来推动
虽然电影不是纪录片，但也试图间接感受一下那边的氛围。军队、民兵、雇佣兵、特种兵交错在一起，还要消化一下才行。。。

一个休斯敦孩子的“少年时代”和他的太空登月经历，没明显的故事线，但每个片段构成了六十年代末美国的生活风情画。很多彩蛋让不同年龄的观影者有身临其境的感觉。
很喜欢这种在真实历史事件中插入一些亦真亦幻的故事元素；如果可以，真的很想体验一把太空时代的生活，感觉全人类拥有同一个理想的感觉一定很棒！

任何美化战争，歌颂战争的影片都是垃圾，没有反战内核的战争片不是一部好的战争片。
