看这种片子，会觉得当个普通人都做不了任何事情了，不会打的警察，不凶悍的匪徒都不好意思叫匪徒了。

与第一部相同的套路模板，不过这一部更简化了，没有那么多黑帮纠缠，就纯粹的砍杀和追杀，我反而更喜欢这一部，后半段的追逐戏拍得精彩且刺激，整体仍然是残暴又爽快，马东锡越来越“一拳超人”了，还挺可爱的

最后公交车1v1挨得好凶啊孙锡久，太痛了。说起来他这个人设跟《从邪恶》的李政宰挺像的，一些纯暴力疯批
没有吹嘘的那么好，剧情实在过于简单，为了变态而变态，坏蛋跟主角的即战力也差距太大了。
看完《我的解放日志》再看这一部有一种奇妙的延续性
果然第二部一般都是狗尾续貂，知道你想拍韩国警察故事，可你自己看看你拍的是个啥？砸牌子啊真的是。跟唐探3给我的感觉差不多。
就tm喜欢这种以暴制暴的韩国大片，可惜了国内不可能引进，确实可惜！！
第三部已经开拍了，还会看，但没那么期待了
相比第一部更显平庸一点，只剩下超级英雄马东锡。
7.2/10，正常发挥的韩式动作犯罪片，把以前港片和好莱坞类型片玩透了的套路本土化至烂熟于心，已经驾轻就熟。对于马东锡的拳拳到肉，爽就完事了。
犯罪都市这两部应该是马东锡个人风格展现的最好的两倍电影了，这部的反派相对第一部确实要稍微弱了一些，毕竟就一个人，略显单调，不过电影整体还得非常好看非常爽的。

还是老套路，老配方，但求一爽而已，马东锡越来越被类型所固定，反派不错，但就是完全没有一战之力。设计上还是很港片的
