The IMAX "Cosmic Voyage" film was made as a public service with sponsorship by the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. On DVD, borrowed from my local public library, it plays at just over 30 minutes with Morgan Freeman supplying a pleasing narrative. As one would expect from an IMAX film, the image quality is superb and the Dolby 5.1 sound track is very well done. Simulated cosmic explosions shake your walls! That is, if you have a good powered subwoofer in your system. The film takes a very useful approach to examining the size of the universe, from tiny sub-atomic particles to the vastness of the whole universe. (Fortunately, when God created the Universe he had dispatched a few angels with video cameras at different vantage points so we get to see actual footage from several billion years ago.) The film starts in Venice, where the discovery of the telescope originated, and uses a one-meter hoop as a reference point, then gradually goes larger by powers of 10, e.g. 10 meters, 100, 1000, etc until we can see the whole universe. Then it takes the opposite journey, going smaller by powers of 10 until be see inside sub-atomic particles. The story is well-woven with beautiful effects created especially for this film. It is entertaining and educational at the same time. All of "oldsters" can enjoy it for the scientific history we are already familiar with, and all the "youngsters" can enjoy it for the educational supplement it provides. Overall a masterful film. Any numerical "rating" of "Cosmic Voyage" is meaningless. If one is looking for a superb film about our universe and modern theories of its formation, this one is hard to beat. 同类电影里，剧情略显老套，但看着舒服。即如很多金属乐里的老套和弦，听着就是过瘾。
这位演员应该是目前南非最棒的演员，他主演《所罗门的故事Kalushi: The Story of Solomon Mahlangu》也很不错的。

把故事背景放在银行来比照自由的价格，最后一幕的黑屏处理夹杂着枪声，真的赞

身为金属🐶，能再次看到一部关于金属乐的电影真的开心，虽然剧情老套且还挺烂，远不如“重金属囧途“好，但听到熟悉的歌曲与熟悉的海报，还有泳池几位大佬的客串真挺开心。希望以后多来几部如此的电影好！(有大提琴最出名的乐队就是Apocalyptica了)
剧情挺简单的。演员选得都好显小和学生气啊。说metal gay和Emily爆发那段很好笑

一部美國青春校園片。基本所有美國青春片基本都逃不過友情這根主心骨
我还以为是个剧，没想到是个电影，感觉还没讲完还正等更新呢。。。
别具一格的青春片，剧情很简单，但是围绕着青春的叛逆古怪和热血贯穿全片，尤其是重金属演唱时超带感，三个主角都颜值在线啊，7分。

男主真的是个完美的朋友，无论对男还是对女。
跟刚看过的另一部音乐剧情片《内特的梦想剧场》相比，同样都是音乐片，《内特》有点幼稚，而本片更讨我喜欢一点。凯文真的不错，可靠的朋友+忠诚的男友；艾米莉虽然不漂亮，但还是有闪光点的，不错的姑娘；亨特就不好说了，眼里只有重金属，确实是个怪胎！不过好在最后三人齐心，演出成功还因为断腿上了头条！我给3星6.8分！

中规中矩吧，可可爱爱的年少时光，要是我年轻时有这样的社团和朋友吉他也不会弹得这么烂了，小年轻的恋爱也好可爱，重金属乐队不是恐怖吓人，只是一种态度，不错
金属题材加分！！前面的内容过分无聊了，有心理创伤的刺头成长史过于冗长，被兄弟从问题少年中心捞出来之后就火速转性又有点太快。anyway 最后的演出燃炸了，大提琴的音色在金属乐里也很搭。skullfucker变成skull flower也太搞笑
其实是一个正能量的片子，最后的音乐高潮除了酣畅，有过生活经历的人反而能听出悲伤，这就是重金属，这才是重金属。
