The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 非常感谢韩国电影的存在，让我能看到真实而残酷的世界，使我具备成年人应有的一些认知。我们的电影不具备这些功能，有这功能的都被屏蔽了。
小辣鸡，描写中国都没照现实来，按棒子“想当然”的滤镜拍，故事流水账，又臭又长，动作戏拍的一言难尽，跟小作坊制造没啥区别。
前面还可以哇，蛮欢乐的，后面进化成超级赛亚人就大无语了

这个我朝是真的能翻拍，同样深受其害，又有社会意义，这次工信部宣传口也花点钱吧，趁我们战狼没老，比卞约汉还能打，拍境外电信诈骗坏人在境外，也没什么审查禁忌，不考虑弯弯的话，我们就™把诈骗团伙的境外基地放在韩国然后狂黑他们，友情互黑嘛。
新角色都好可爱嗷嗷啊啊啊 剧情比第一部有意思了怎么回事嘎嘎嘎 可能因为角色的可爱滤镜加成～
故事本身立意很好，可惜展开极差，可能是为了追求动作片的爽，整个本末倒置，最后鸡飞蛋打，要什么没什么，最后警察采访搞成国产主旋律了，笑死。
本来这样的陈词滥调只有二星的，但谢幕的二次元游戏画面值得再添一星🥲ps我的可爱兔子可利姆呢！！！！
这种片子不好拍，也不是很容易吸引人。这一次韩国电影工业灵药几乎失灵。个人觉得是很一般，突出的是人物塑造，反面人物虽然还可以。但是有些情节推进得挺牵强。可能对这种题材还是不够感兴趣吧。观感一般。

当然也有很多新鲜有趣的点，集中在金凯瑞身上，这叔损人真是有一套！
说实在的，我真不知道为啥北美观众那么喜欢这片子。金凯瑞算是唯一亮点，但总是感觉在哄孩子。婚礼那段剧情毫无必要，其他剧情也就是儿童片的感觉。看着乐呵乐呵就行了。第三部也没啥好期待了，应该都是一个风格。

3.5。 主题还是很有时效性的，但是公益广告拍这么长未免浪费社会资源。 再者说，你讲电信诈骗就诈骗，老打架干什么。

1.这一部的文戏和台词是真的不能忍，简直是各种废话+热血亚撒西台词的奇葩融合体，明目张胆地拖时长，还不好看。
叙事效率非常高，回到了一贯的韩国标准复仇故事，跨国电信诈骗，窝点在中国沈阳，可是中国警方在韩国电影里永远是缺席的面孔，不得不说是一大遗憾。
感觉是英雄电影融合神庙逃亡融合神龙斗士融合了各种元素的大杂烩，套路电影看多了难免会审美疲劳，毫无心理负担看完了
