The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 这部电影作为杰克•吉伦哈尔个人表演值得一看，结局一切都定好了，奥利弗还活着，他也承认自己犯的错误，但这看完无法引人长时间深思。
对比丹麦版的高冷，好莱坞版明显感情充沛、外露。

比欧版更让人容易看进去，老美老练的镜头语言把整个故事诠释的更具临场感。结尾比较俗套，那也是原版剧本的锅，总体是忠实还原原著。吉伦哈尔的表演也优于原版，原版除了面瘫还是面瘫，寡淡、乏味。原故事顶多值2星，杰克演出 + 改编的细节增强 + 豆瓣分严重偏差 = 2星，总分 4 星。
老吉一人撑起了一部戏，但是故事其实有点无聊，broken people save broken people？赎罪么？

The Guilty，爆米花电影没错了。如果没了Jake (也只是工具人而已)，就连爆米花电影都算不上了。
獨角戲模式已不鮮見，人物轉變動力不足，完全靠特寫撐著。
