The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 公义要靠非法手段实现，每个人都为实现公义付出代价，这是法制的悲哀，公义与法制间矛盾这种早已拍滥的题材，依然一直有人拍，而这种对法制的不信任，试问又是因何而成？
现在的香港电影能讲明白一个故事就已经很好了，而且看来看去，还是20年前这些的这些演员才有看点。故事的最后争议战胜邪恶，不过也还是要靠金钱，也还是要靠一些under table的手段，正义才能战胜邪恶。很残酷，但是很现实。

四、夜店真的是约炮的地方。
感觉好久没有看过这么精彩的法庭戏了。而且还是智叔的遗作。
良心大律师为了对付凶狠的政治反派不得不用一些非常规的小花招才能在法庭上取胜。
演员这块，除了鲍起静、廖启智之外，曾江的气势也完全压制了方中信等人。
绝对是一看就知道剧情走向一部作品，真凶不要太明显好吧。结果其实早就心里有数了，就是撑着耐心看看方中信和廖启智罢了。
主要是，方中信现在，真的很难不有一些daddy issue的……
钱真是个好东西。相比于剧情，这些星其实是给那些老戏骨的
整个剧情撑不住最后的发言。廖启智总是演的很好。
走马观花的推理过程，感情转折都很刻意，如果结局不拉扯进来一个强大的势力是不是就没得打了？大团圆结局有tvb感觉，肯定的是方中信与智叔的演技，收放自如，张建声也可圈可点。
人设的体现还是弱了点

18/10/2021 @ 高先電影院。唔似tvb，不過似hktv果期既電視劇囉。成個劇本就靠一班老戲骨同金句吸引觀眾。所以最後果個轉折位即係話觀眾聽要打破高牆就只能靠出古惑等牆入面狗咬狗？
现在的港片又到了需要强心剂的年代，后劲愈发不足了。这不仅仅是编剧的事情，更是包括剪辑在内一众团队都需要思考的问题。
