The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 导演应该想清楚的是：他要做一部戏剧式的电影，还是电影式的戏剧。在某些时刻我觉得感受还不如看NT Live的录像舒适，本该交融的两种艺术形式让人觉得在两种艺术体验中横跳，对语言的欣赏被影像夺走了注意力，对影像的赞美被拗口的台词干扰。
女巫是最大亮点，想到麦姐Frozen的MV，其他的视觉风格实验其实英国剧团常在舞台上玩，并不惊艳，也可能是期望过高了。7/10

剧情很垃圾，导演像在拍MV，动不动就放歌，印度小哥也太帅了，爱了爱了
电影最后也没告诉我们Caleb的HIV结果是什么，但是这跟他自己的人生来比真的不重要了，他还是去了Parsons，希望Caleb活出自己最喜欢的人生。
还有就是男女闺蜜在床上抱着睡也不是很理解

雖然數字黑白的影像氣質始終無法跟膠片對比（同比同樣是 A24 出品的《燈塔》就是天壤之別），但好在美學風格和攝影扳回一城。柯恩嫂和女巫的表演真好。這個故事現在來看和現實的互文感強到令人頭皮發麻。
非常不错，印度男孩的polo衫也太难看了。

PPT电影越来越多，表演好奇葩，每个人都放佛在演自己，年纪轻的演员更加令人出戏，这些年轻演员的表演毫无信念。虽然下面的话政治不正确，但是片中黑人来演无所谓，但好几个黑人的头发也很hippop，出戏感太严重了吧，拜托，化妆造型上稍微尊重一下历史吧，别让政治正确泛滥成灾，毫无底线。
哪哪儿都不对味，包括表演，黑奴版麦克白很别扭
