The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 其實浪跡天涯或自我放逐其實一直是我小時候的夢想，只是長大了才發現這原來是許多人逃避孤獨的方式，然而對我來說，相比於得到後又失去，其實孤獨也並不是那麼令人難以忍受。PS：感謝本片的主創為我的養老計畫提供了一個新思路，以我現在的狀態雖然不知道是否能活到女主那個年紀，但是開著房車在路上度過晚年感覺還是滿爽的。
导演视角、演员表演、角色困境融为一体，看似荒野中四顾茫然的人生，但每一程都使“人”的力量加增一分。
最后就是她说能不能尝试想起婚约上的誓言，说起来好笑，厘米拍照要成册，然后设计师发来，很多happy every day ，happy family这样的英文，我们连夜花了5个小时翻阅泰戈尔，王尔德，莎士比亚，电影经典台词来替换。
我可太喜欢女主了，她好适合这个角色！好想看她演马男波杰克里的戴安！

期待看到“不得不上路”的部分多一些从而引发一些批判，但看到的似乎多是他们主动选择了这种生活方式？太浪漫化了吧~

看简介想不到拍成这样，其实是可以拍剧的题材，结果拍出来一点意识流。忘了在哪也看过说homeless不是没有home，只是暂时没有固定居所。不过这部对困难着墨不重，倒是浪漫化哲学化了整个体验

看到75岁的Swanki描绘她在路上所见的美景，说哪怕在此时死去也不枉此生的时候，眼泪顺着脸颊滑下来了。跟随Fern游荡美国西部的两个小时有好多这样让人感慨的时刻，在影片结束她重回Empire旧居时，我想到开头那个在亚马逊打工的女生的纹身，“家是一个单词，还是你永远放在心里的东西？”
