The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 其实电影的主题很简单 就是帮助 无论是国家政府还是个人都对他人缺乏关心 在善意礼貌之下是冷漠 特别是这种疫情灾难面前更能显示出现今社会人与人之间的漠不关心 充满着冰冷的规则
整体还是不错的，但后面这段太生硬了点，显得很无脑（并非无法理解女主的行为而是导演拍得不够细腻）
医疗体系被击溃的时候，人类的生命和尊严会远远比影片中来得残酷吧。Jodie的口音真的好奶～
贯彻全片的无助和窒息感仿佛在复盘这段全世界的至暗时刻……看到中国口罩时片刻的感受到了救赎和光明
外在威胁总是能让我们看清更多东西。
病患做到的，政府却做不到或不愿做，这个讽刺很揪心。
反思的力量远远深刻强大过宣扬，这是我们何以作为个体的人存在于机械般运转的宏大世界上。

最后女主在警车上的镜头缓慢推进到正脸，控诉着警察，控诉着僵化的防疫政策。男主回护理院的镜头拍的不像回家，像进地狱……
这是我看的第一部新冠相关题材的影剧，片中许多的片段，都让人回想起两年前新冠爆发时，亲历过的恐惧和无奈的心境。西方百姓对疾病防控的认知和我们并没有大不同，只是他们更关注「个人」而不是「国家」罢了。
短评里有一句话也正是我想说的：关于这场突如其来的灾难，别人在拍什么，我们又在拍什么？
女主勇敢、无助时的几段表演很不错。
＃不是数字，是一个个鲜活的生命啊
不输电影制作水准的单集SP。刚看了《失控玩家》没多久，再看《help》，感觉Jodie演技得到了很多延伸和可发挥空间。中间求助那一段几乎是今年所有女演员中最出色的表演了，看来好的剧本是需要这种好演员相佐的。如果是在院线，Jodie可以冲一下欧三影后了。

没看懂结局塑造的话：因为她是个很好的人，但她从没有得到过很好的对待，所以她不希望一个好人，被那么对待。属于一种自我救赎。
