The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 配乐挺好的，监狱里的那段画面挺喜欢
勉强3星，片名和剧情本身并无太多关联，算是对体制黑洞以及战争创伤后遗症的反讽，节奏过于拖沓，想看到一场精彩的赌局，结果看了个寂寞。
4.0，某种能控制精神的调度。主观的、暧昧的表达，在前四分之三处堆积出了情绪的迷幻，欲罢不能。可惜最后又莫名开始写实？观感被迫抽离出来（和第一归正会相同的失败点）

他的这个造型真的有时候看着太奇怪了，感情线也很潦草，吻戏也要嘴角往下撇，像鲶鱼，哈哈哈。男二演的也不好。
其实跟算牌基本上没一点关系，这就是一个有肮脏过去的人通过想救赎一个男孩来救赎自己的自我救赎的故事。评分那么低可能跟前一个小时的无聊有关，但后面还救回来点。拍摄手法玩的挺花。这男的我沙丘没get到在这部get到了，真是个daddy。
和PTA处女作《赌城纵横》一样，几乎没有展现炫酷的赌博技巧的场面，赌博只是背景板。和保罗施拉德一贯的作品风格，创伤过往的主角，自我毁灭与救赎。监狱虐囚部分的夸张鱼眼镜头有意思，但总体完成不如《第一归正会》。奥斯卡伊萨克梳个大背头还是颇有赌神那神韵的。
6.2，小片子，讲美军虐囚事件，男主和《婚姻生活》男主是同一个人！！！
监狱里用鱼眼表现是真压抑
喜欢开头和梦魇的段落，但还是是希望施拉德勇敢一点。总感觉他像布列松乖巧的徒弟。
走性冷淡风的导演不该找伊萨克的，他紧实的屁股和壮硕的大腿让整个画面都非常不性冷淡

这个题材这个故事，如果是昆汀或者McKay来拍，可以想象能拍到多high，但Shrader就是全程格外控制，节奏纹丝不乱，与男主克制内敛、甚至阴郁的性格相吻合。鱼眼镜头中扭曲的回忆，广角放大的特写细节，构建出带有超现实主义的惊悚风格。Oscar的表演波澜不惊，却惊雷于无声，张力十足还不乏魅力，不知道是今年会是遗珠还是赢来首个奥斯卡提名。
核算拍没多大关系，虐人者人恒虐之，中间我是睡过去了。
在这个年代看到这种风格的片子，让人感动，节奏缓慢，却又娓娓道来，会讲故事的人，什么时候都可以讲好一个逼近真实的故事。
算是蛮讽刺的故事。复仇和扑克毫无关系，但是也是人生无法像赌博一样算出几率
隐藏在赌桌之下的复仇，但并没有激昂的情节，相当克制甚至拖沓，

B那些鱼眼镜头还挺不错的，反应人物的内心，这片真的挺《出租车司机》的
故弄玄虚的氛围和温吞的剧情推进有点脱节，爱情戏则像是硬加进去的佐料没有任何chemistry ，而”墙上挂着一把枪”的铺垫下的结果竟然是”我就是不让你看到我是怎么用的”，真是让人觉得非常没劲了。如果是一本小说，或许还挺值得一看。
