The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 虽然是自己非常喜欢的团队，但这片子说及格，也是违心了。李洪绸团队最牛的是故事，但离开了自己喜欢章回体的叙事方式，用电影的长度讲故事，不会讲了。
粉丝向作品吧。不如做成20分钟的八集小短剧，电影真的没必要。他们从一群才华横溢的年轻人变成了被演技束缚住才华的中年人，可才华终有用尽的一天。
两个冤家大头，一个总是自我为中心，一个瞻前顾后却时而冲动，这种意外频发的喜剧很久没有新鲜感了，这部的故事叙事一气呵成，可以可以
个人感觉这部戏有点类似于《杀不死》，剧情紧凑，一晚上发生的故事，各种反转，让人不舍得中断，一口气刷完，当相对论乐队《压路机》BGM响起的时候，我也热血沸腾了，五星好评！
比很多所谓的院线大片好看，逻辑、节奏、包袱都可以，剧情很有意思

我觉得还可以啊，还是熟悉的配方。评分也太低了吧。
故事其实挺单薄的，盖里奇那一套有点腻歪了，不过在我心里这些人可以靠着毛骗的情怀吃一辈子饭，没办法，我欠你们的
我是真喜欢这个团队一如既往的创作思路，不过这一部略显一般。
看了下片尾的字幕，唐A，拍摄地点是石家庄呀？那条大河是怎么回事呢？石家庄有这么大的河吗。喜剧的笑点不多，算是轻喜剧吧。卖保健品的成了干儿子，天天那么热情，亲儿子和老妈处的却挺冷漠，也是很写实了。还有就是用面粉啥做的保健品，吃吧，反正吃不坏。他俩人，对着互相数落对方的不好时，最后都落在了废物这两字上，练了很长时间吧。别的，没什么好说的了，就这吧。
剧本和主演的演技完全值五星吧，作为他们的老粉从小2b就开始喜欢了希望他们可以越来越好，可以真的拍出院线上映的电影
优映十多年来套路还是差不多，虽然如此但是还是有搞笑的元素，他们团队的特点是除了小宝和半仙的组合比较二其余的都有点怪鸟。
看到一半的时候都想打2星了。从冬冬爆发开始就还蛮好笑的，包哥还是那么牛🍺，后来骑小车上桥“钱我不要了，差不多得了”真的笑死。。剧情+搞笑3星，一如既往给毛骗剧组滤镜加1星。
看着两位主要有些眼熟，查了一下原来是线下神剧《毛骗》的原班人马，果然风格和毛骗也非常相似，注重细节，从小处入手，开头的几个笑点非常不错，到影片中段就有些跟不上了，主要问题也是格局有点小了，线下和线上还是有些不同，服化道都不太讲究，单纯靠剧情，其实也没什么过人之处，幸好原班人马出演，磨合的还不错，默契度也够，给四星鼓励一下！
毛骗的团队水准还是可以的，类型化的风格虽然可能产生审美疲劳，但是不得不说，抛开这点，技巧性一直玩得很溜，其实比好多院线电影质量都高。
多方势力交汇，除了剧情逻辑有点立不住剩下都很棒，优映拓展练手作。
还是那个味儿，就像吃了很多年的小推车小吃。
邢冬冬才是真人不露相啊哈哈哈笑死我了，安宁还是那么好看，虽然只是酱油戏份。说回到电影本身，看到他们的摄影用在电视上是绰绰有余，作为电影看起来就太粗糙了，但能把这样一样充满戏剧感的故事浓缩到一个晚上讲完还是个不错的本土故事，原创不易，值得鼓励，希望他们团队能继续拍下去。
