The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 挺有意思的，人的精神世界很奇妙，有时候一直被锁在一个地方反而会提升专注力，不过影片中男主确实异于常人，将象棋变成了拯救自己的最后一根稻草，象棋大师就好似心魔，战胜心魔抗住压力就不会泄露密码，这是一场与敌人的博弈，更是一场与自己内心的博弈
真的挺过瘾的，节奏太好了，讽刺效果也拉满了，几种群体都讽刺个遍，有点黑暗邪典的感觉。是导演在致敬黄秋生的《人肉叉烧包》，还是字幕组在致敬。
爽！全程笑个不停，提高了法国喜剧的上线。结局被抓遗憾
真是一对儿碧人～彼此深爱又互相理解～一起痴狂于唇齿之间的贪婪滋味。素食者农场～太美妙了！
改编得已经很出色了，把主人公狱中和船上的两段经历交织得很精彩。但是结尾，还是原著更有张力。

“学学黄秋生吧”，多看看cult film，影视教学。
男主角太拉了，反观素食主义者们，甚至比男主角更强，至少他们敢反抗。
比较而言，还是更喜欢茨威格原著的叙事结构。
轻松氛围和舒缓节奏冲淡了影片的黑色与重口。另，黄秋生招谁了。三星半。
结局实在是很牵强，很一般的电影
利用观众的同理心侧写主角，分散罪恶感。
只有留下了原著的故事，意义内核不免流于表面。虽然原著的影像化必然是困难的，但还是很遗憾，没能呈现文学史上最摄人心魄的那一幕。
这玩意要笑死我-笑话很行，又密集，还地狱多样性，大吼真主那里→裂开。感叹born to be wild上镜率好高。晚上被煤气灶报警器弄得神经亢躁时，看得我像神户素食者一样舒缓了下来（从此“给素食者做按摩”有了新含义
动物世界那段笑傻了。总体来说没什么内涵，是部解压片
挺讽刺的…社会发展发展，什么样奇葩的事情发生都正常了…
反流行，没有政治正确，可惜后半程无力且结尾仓促。
