难得现在还能看到一部如此舒缓古典的西部片。虽然剧情和场景都简单了些，和《新豪勇七蛟龙》这样的当代西部动作大片相去甚远，但骨子里的悲怆气息与东木老爷子的《不可饶恕》如出一辙

演员演的不错，后面枪战可以安排的巧妙合理一点，老头第一次出门面对一大群人马隔得又不远居然可以不利索的退回屋里，那一群人也是职业枪手稍微尊重下他们的职业好吧。

亨利的话把整部电影升华了一个层次
昔日的孤胆英雄，迟暮的不可饶恕，没有一个女性角色，可能这就是西部吧。
