The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看到最后忍不住哭了，祝福所有爱电影的人此生都能享受电影的酸甜苦辣，喜怒哀乐。
松竹百年，清水、小津、原节子悉数“出场”。Goh对两位老师的批评，何尝不是新浪潮一代的心声，大概山田洋次还是站在小津一边的吧。

把茨威格小说改了人物设计和背景，纳粹想用监禁从奥地利律师嘴里套出密码，却不想监禁成就了一位象棋大师。电影里是单独被关在酒店房间里隔离了一年，出来后战胜世界冠军，不知道疫情之后国内会出现多少象棋大师。男主角前些年有部电影《希特勒回来了》，更好看。
其实作为松竹100年的献礼片拍得不算、不够好，但还是被对电影的这份热情和爱给感动到了。后半段コロナ期间在电影中直接说出“save the cinema”才是更加强劲有力的，对电影的爱。
对一个人心智的摧残竟然会比身体上的折磨更让人痛苦。
原著已经很精炼了，影片增加的部分有画蛇添足的感觉。
日式神经质真的好好笑，温情的部分也做得很工整和老练，看多了文艺片再看这种喜剧已然是一种治愈... 闪回有一点凌乱，但两个时期对比着看确实有点唏嘘的效果。结尾恍惚间看到了《大鱼》的影子，在对美好往事的追忆中死去大概没有痛苦吧。

但是你要是谈原著，好像改的并不忠实原著。
电光幻影之间一辈子就过去了。可惜志村桑没有机会主演了。

一封对电影的情书，通过放映转场回过去很有情调，接回现实也便是回忆。
多年未见竟然没有认出彼此，绷不住阿绷不住……
抛开茨威格的原著不谈，还是个挺吃演员表演的戏，男主不得拿个奖吗。
精神的折磨会挫败普通人，却会让牛逼人更加牛逼。
《电影之神》，一个平淡的故事，一个一事无成的人的人生。唯一可感叹的是其中的妻子，真的是不值得这样的付出呀。
