The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 打戏不错，但是太无聊了，流水账的历史根本看不进去。
叙事节奏太快对不了解这段历史的人不太友好。确实有点流水账。

反高清，细节消失在模糊中，模糊主义美学。除了核心事件，炸弹药库，其它包括人物、表演，随时随地陷入模糊。在电影院睁大眼睛看，只能看清这是一部电影，看不清是什么电影。
