剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     Wow, this is a horrible adaptation that makes almost all the imaginable worst choices. The creators combined Emma 2020 and Fleabag in an incredibly cheap and lazy way without even looking closely into their own heroine, Anne Elliot herself. Jane Austen would deny any possible connection with this piece.

    打破第四面墙的叙述方式让我很不适应，女主的口吻过于现代化，让我觉得有点不伦不类，男主的脸又一度让我觉得他大概不是男主。

    非常现代的改编，发型感觉简单了很多(偷懒？)特别现代化，剧情线按照小说来，但呈现方式是以女主的内心独白进行展开，有点像福尔摩斯小姐那种叙事方式。还行吧~

    所谓的“modernize”就是OOC吗？女主一副洞察一切人间清醒喜欢吐槽的样子简直就像Lizzy和Emma的结合体。一些自作聪明的改编（比如几场晚餐情节）堪称灾难，令人匪夷所思。服化道跟新版爱玛如出一辙，但更影楼风。反正本奥斯汀爱好者觉得，真的不行。
