The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 前面铺垫得女主太让人讨厌了，尤其对着妹妹养父母发脾气那一段。虽然最后还是泪崩了。
用悬疑片的手法拍剧情片，有些部分有点怪怪的，但最后一个拥抱的情感分量很足。
开头和结尾都很好，几处反转也让人很喜欢。但是当中过程太拖了。感觉压缩减少20分钟完全可以更紧凑
非常工整！结构上，节奏上，角色上，表演上！这是我桑的最后一部剧情电影了，要珍惜啊！！
整体剧情推进不复杂，后面司机那个转折还是比较到位的。印度敢拍这样的片还是勇气可嘉的。
想说的事很大，电影拍得太套路了。许多场面难圆其说，不经推敲。

TA还那么小，5-yeas-old, just 5-years-old。不知道发生了什么。把TA的位置慢慢挪到背靠着窗户。不需要记得这一切。忘记我，好好活着。
这部影片的作用究竟怎么样不得而已，不奢求改变，起码能够被注意到。
尽管有些地方挺假的，但起码有为不公平发声，起码可以拍这种题材。站出来，不要沉默。

全剧浸透着悲凉，无助的感觉，桑德拉的演技无可挑剔，发自内心的悲苦，面无表情的苍凉，寻找亲人的焦灼都表现的很出色。

结局基本能猜到，但还是震惊于影片的结束语，有些人，一出生就在地狱……

姐姐对妹妹的爱，比很多真正做人父母的，都要深厚。就这么顶缸蹲20年，不是真正的爱，做不出来的。你看看另外那对儿兄弟做得事儿，鲜明对比。这件事儿里，没有人有错，就是一个彻头彻尾的悲剧。唯一应负责任的，就是枪支自由化。演得真好，看得我泪流满面。
