The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 看群像的剧不如看纪录片有趣。除此以外服装不合我审美。很平庸的剧。
除此之外，剧本本身对911事件给美国社会心理带来的各方面影响的刻画也是相对比较到位的。

铁幕搅动的半个世纪的疯狂历史，无解。
如果只歌颂牺牲、付出和伟大，不歌颂个体、爱和自由，人的意义又在哪里得到区分。
911之后真正反思外交政策的有作品吗？只有这些逃避大问题，满足点温情的东西吗？
真的全程爆哭，我的眼泪不值钱。故事结束到如今又是十年过去了，希望在下一个十年结束的时候我能给这个世界贡献再多一些的善意。
太暖了。这不就是我们追求的真善美吗？没有国界，不分种族，忘掉仇恨恐惧偏见，互帮互助才是地球公民的美好愿景不是吗？真希望这个世界越来越温柔：无论你来自多么遥远的远方，诚心欢迎
就个人而言，这部音乐剧给我的感触不是很深，可能某些剧情会有所触动，里面的音乐也没能让我记忆犹深。
20年计划的现场版被疫情无限延期，911 20年，初版演员们也都见老了。

911事件衍生出来的一个温暖的故事，表现力非常强的音乐舞台剧。女机长的独唱最好听，为全片最佳体验时段不解释。非常期待能改编拍成现实场景的影片。

灾难来临前的鸡毛蒜皮是生活的全部，人们活得恍恍惚惚、显得单纯幼稚。一旦灾难过境，人的善良、乐观和坚韧又常常爆发出惊人的能量。纽芬兰的这个小镇恰是如此。
舞台利用最大化，每一位演员都身兼多名角色，性格反差明显，特别优秀。
