The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 片中孙道临同志的表演真好，眼神中写满了对革命的热爱和信心。每次发报大汗淋漓，但丝毫不绝疲惫。没有想到这部电影一直从三十年代延伸到49年，最后李侠同志牺牲的时候，拼命发出最后的电报，瞬间泪目了。

确实没有想到一部历经岁月的电影如今依旧风采熠熠。那个年代特有的舞台剧风格让剧情整体紧凑扣人，缺点肯定是有的，但我愿成为十一最佳电影。
如果从电影的拍摄手段或者电影画面来看，这部电影没什么技巧，只是在讲一个好故事。
第一次完整地观赏了本片，还是彩色修复版的，只想说一句，那时候的艺术家真的很了不起！
电影的故事原型为在上海从事地下工作的中国共产党党员李白。
意识形态色彩颇浓， 但还是有着革命浪漫主义情怀。
李侠，真的是非常温柔而又强大的人啊。他当然也是“侠”。
谁也不能阻止中国人民对和平生活的追求，谁也不能侮辱中国人民的尊严！
平河原来有这样的秘密啊，真是没想到，这一幕看似是忏悔，实则更像是一种告别。
剧情紧凑又张弛有度，今天的和平是无数英雄们的努力和牺牲换来的。
