The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. What a bittersweet, healing, and intimate movie. Joaquin, Hoffman, and Norman are spectacular. The children's words are innocent yet profound. One of my favourite of the year. 9/10
I hate children.小孩子确实是一种随心所欲、不讲道理的生物。但是正是这种真实撕开了成人世界的虚伪，刺痛了我，孩子不会按照世界要求她们的样子生长。做母亲的责任太大，好在我不需要。小朋友的演技真好，对着华金都不输。

好温柔好舒缓～整部电影仿佛在告诉你，你那些再细小再难以名状再拧巴的情绪，都值得都可以慢慢地摊开、轻轻地抚平。大人读不懂孩子，也许是因为我们本来就读不懂自己。Mike Mills好会拍亲密的感觉啊。对着麦克风喃喃自语的华金，让人想起her里的Theodore。

比较搞不清楚的是，这个神经病为什么要来炸东京？最后那个球怎么成功阻止两个液体交汇的？？（真的没看懂。。为啥一波操作之后液体就停了）
4.0。同樣存在大量以被採訪者形式出現的人物群像，卻是從頭至尾都比《無依之地》更為真摯的敘述。這種真摯無關階級身份，而是對於每個人脆弱一面的揭示和留存。
好温馨好温柔的电影。每座城市的光影，每个孩童的声音，每段旅途的波折，尽收眼底。华金与小男孩的组合太有爱了(>﹏<)。

虽然依旧柯学，但已经是近几年的剧场版里难得的故事完整，逻辑自恰，笑点泪点拿捏精准的合格作品了。
3.7分。 这部片子算是回到了麦克·米尔斯的那部《初学者》的水平，大量的闪回画面，看似无意义实则扎着绵密注脚的读书文字，都让我们感受到朦胧和多义的味道。 一个舅舅在缺爱多年后，临时照顾外甥，由此展开了一段有欢喜有烦恼的人生小插曲，在此之中，三个人都得到某种程度的成长。舅舅不再遮盖伤痕，妈妈重新认识了儿子，小男孩有了继续生活的勇气，从底色上依然是美式积极价值观的重拾，但叙述的方式和影像的魅力却不同寻常。成人如何重新定义自己？孩子如何发掘长大的勇气，这个话题可能是贯穿米尔斯电影最为重要的一个命题。
就是大叔带小崽子的故事，但是没有戏剧化，都是很平常的，是从细碎的日常拼起来的，小崽子像个大人，其实还是个小孩，姑且称之为小大人。
选角太好（Don’t come to New Orleans if you just want to see something different
优缺点都很明显吧。想法都不错，但形式化的表达方式还是有些做作。最后成了华金的个人表演秀而已。
