The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 印度虽然是个槽点满满的国家，但印度的电影人敢于直视他们社会中的污点和弊病，敢于通过影视化来引起社会重视，这一点我们任重而道远。片子的情节设定以及律师的抽丝剥茧都非常精密，法庭戏也比较精彩。只不过本片导演没有《辩护人》的导演宋宇硕那么圆熟的技巧。其实这两部片子有许多相通之处。
看到后面热泪盈眶。人人生而平等，不畏强权，争取人权。
印度版《辩护人》，居然还冲进了IMDB top 250…
真实事件改编？女主和人权律师都很了不起……

一部艺术价值并不高的批判现实主义作品，在这里打出这么高的分数，值得深思。凭啥看不起印度？毕竟人家能拍摄和公映这种电影。
本该扫除罪恶的人却制造罪恶，是罪恶中之最。
调查官有一句话说得特别好：“我不知道会有什么判决，但是我完全满意的是，我是按照法律和良心行事的。”
有时候，我特别好奇，难道做一个坏人特别幸福特别开心？为什么要做一个坏人？晚上睡得着？吃饭很香？会有很多人爱你帮你？不理解。
2022第一部五分…为天地立心，为生民立命，为万世开太平…
其实我们也能拍出这样的电影 只是没人敢拍也没人敢过审

看的不知道是不是对的版本，感觉音画不同步，观感不是特好。男主出场的bgm太出戏了，4.5吧
可怜的印度阿三，在种姓歧视的泥潭里跳不出来了，印度警察对于卑微的低种姓来说，算是流氓和强盗的混合体吧
当印度电影严肃起来，拍出了今年最佳法律题影片，竟然还是真实事件改编。
