The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看得后背发凉，一个不容忽视、快速成长的国家。
在洪常秀之后，拍餐桌戏却无人动筷是不讲究的。
一开始是要旗帜鲜明地反对动乱,然后变成一个地方的警察署长怎么就接了中央的大案子,只好当场吟了一首诗...接着就是fake news不能make India great again,要加强网络舆论管理,最好扫黑廉政建设,不让互联网成为法外之地...律政戏还蛮出彩的..."仿佛在看罗翔审张三"...
轻巧但不轻佻，浓厚又不沉重，玩形式也不让人跳戏，这里藏一点文艺的小梗，那里再玩一点戏中戏，快到矫情的禁区线时，就安排角色先自我解嘲，把开始变重的东西消解掉了，劲儿很巧妙。导演看起来没有负担，不背负，不隆重，反而让观众也一起松弛下来。这一年里，院线电影实在让人提不起兴致，年底这一部小小的，轻轻的东西倒是一点点惊喜。

印度悬疑群像也做得这么精彩了，反转反转反转，我作为观众有几分像小丑。当然留下的几处疑点还是被我精准捕捉到了。
总体来说，整部电影看下来完全无法理解...
印度电影的走向是“史诗化”了吗？或者是法庭类型片？
用一个案子把好几个社会问题串联起来，而且还有个特酷的反转，着实牛逼。电影里面的四首曲子编曲水平随便拉一首出来都比国内的主流抖音神曲强不少。
反转的让人头皮发麻，两个律师皆是为了正义
这导演不会以为自己的选歌水平很高吧？
令人瞠目。
