不如刘华版，而且内讧理由比较牵强，动作场面比较刻意，警察依然是重点被黑对象，而且绑架黄政民太扯蛋，绑匪女友身材不错，私心给多一星...
原版的王千源太惊艳，有点偏纪实的风格，翻拍就感觉商业化了好多。
如果没有最后的“个人英雄主义”收场，可以再多打一分。
