The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 标准到没什么意思的电影，太过四平八稳，一切都对，都正确，但各方面都不出彩，尤其是有那么多珠玉在前的情况下。加菲最好的表演还是在《沉默》和《银湖之底》，却没获得肯定。不过鉴于今年连《玉面情魔》都能bp提名，这部的观感至少没有那么糟糕。
太爱这部电影了，加菲我是夸累了。
C— / 很好听（字面意义）的电影，至少节奏流畅，拍成加长版MV也好过暴露剧作的平庸。
就还好吧，大部分歌都有点平，故事也不够出彩，现在的传记片都不知道拍谁能拍出新意了。。（有点觉得加菲演不了30岁的人了😭
没了解过背后故事也能好好看的电影～
为什么一部剧情如此平庸的电影配上音乐，就能获得高分了，何况这音乐还不怎么样，无法共鸣。
讲述可以说改变现代音乐剧形式的天才剧作家乔纳森拉森的人物传记片，他却也没能逃脱早逝的命运。

可以把餐厅服务员满腹的烦躁化为直抒胸臆的宣泄，可以创作富有前瞻性的音乐剧讽刺未来人的情感麻木，可以在一地鸡毛的现实里永不言弃地追逐梦想，这就叫大艺术家吧。

这部电影没有全然采用那一套常规的“有志者事竟成”理论，相反，它指出了一个艺术家想要被认同是异常艰难的，他需要付出巨大代价，付出时间、金钱、爱情，最后还可能输给命运。电影对梦想的质问也充满哲学寓意：究竟是因为热爱，还是惧怕？我想这是一种习惯，更是一种不甘。“梦想”与“自由”听起来都是遥不可及的概念，但是你努力的每一天，可能都是走向成功日的倒数。
错过，放弃，丢失，他像是Rent里所有角色的和，一无所获却也应有尽有。
