The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 看之前没看简介，看的时候发现了各种pride and prejudice的reference 笑的要死
对话的部分我都好喜欢，很真挚，但是除了1v1对话之外，其他的部分vibe都变了，变得cheesy。cinematography和音乐没有加分，但是剧本蛮不错的。

怎么说呢。我觉得故事讲的不是特别顺畅，很多事情的发生和转折都莫名其妙，人物的动机和改变铺垫的都不好，情绪渲染的也不好，人物塑造的也很失败，大部分主角除了硬贴上去的标签，你都说不出他是个什么样的人。另外这个故事一点也不浪漫、一点也不欢乐，只是模式化的硬套进去了一个既定的故事内容里。最最最想吐槽的就是：最后的happen ending。追船戏码什么的，并没有感觉到浪漫，只是尴尬和无语，纯粹的为了HE而HE。

天呐为什么我好喜欢这个故事！虽然结局有点俗套但是不可否认happy ending真的很happy啊。最羡慕的就是他们一群朋友可以像家人一样。

不烂俗，很写实，感觉自己就是那个豪伊，被喜欢，被亲嘴，但就是和谈恋爱有很大的差距，今天看见朋友的朋友圈“人生很辽阔，去读书学习娱乐，做自己想做的事情，而不是每天只有爱与被爱”是的，这句话很对，但也很懦弱，不能爱与被爱，赋予我们生活的意义和价值是什么，了解自己善待自己爱自己？这固然很重要，但我也想得到别人的认同，得到别人的爱，让我也去爱你。

这确实是真实现实接地气的“同性爱情（这四个字可以随意排列组合）”故事，不管是在美国还是东亚。有时候真的觉得那些被封为经典的同性片中的同性形象只是迎合部分女观众，现实中很多同也许就是本片中的样子，有欢乐有烦恼有性有爱但愁苦相对来说少一点。

Fire Island作为Gay Men Cruise Culture的一个文化符号，最有名的文本莫过于Tom Bianchi的《Fire Island Pines》.前HIV时代的火烧岛既是GayMen的同类避难所，也是性解放运动的发生之地.后同志时代的喜剧中的融入了古老的Jane Austin式的PNP叙事范式，不再在纠结认同政治，转向附近性的探索与群体链接. 总是来说，故事俗辣却很适合打发时间.如今的脆弱状态也看不了太苦大仇深的东西.
