哈维尔巴登演得很好，一个形象鲜明的道貌岸然的伪善老板。剧本不错，讽刺意味十足。
高仿“喜剧之王”之“魔幻时刻”。原版更好看，虽然但是，能成功把我逗笑也是一种胜利啊~（春节档真该多些这样的片，好过看到晦气的XX）

搞笑，影院里气氛很不错，有能让人不尴尬发自内心的笑点。魏翔的演技着实让人惊艳了。情节略有点单薄，米兰被老魏感动的点不够那么有说服力，感觉只能用她本身的责任感和善良来解释。老魏回头又来救姐弟俩也是差点意思。

小老板简直有点可怜，有色胆，喜欢沽名钓誉，对小兄弟和下属也算仁至义尽，无奈各种被要挟，最后总算来了点狠的吧，又给自己留下把柄。。。现实中的大老板们可比他凶狠的多了，面对挡道因素，老板们都会杀伐决断，不会仁慈。
说是和除了雇佣小混混，其他的方面离一个合格的经理人差太远了，心太软
男主有刘海的时候，有点像想见你里的莫俊杰，哈哈哈哈哈
西班牙内涵喜剧电影，表面上很好的一个老板，其实所作所为都是假慈悲，为了自己的工厂！黑色幽默，拍的还不错。

想起之前最开始在外贸工厂实习的日子，下到车间检查每一个样品，上到和老板一起开拉菲宴请外国客户以及公司上下迎接政府检查，其实和影片如出一辙。但影片本身dramatize了部分巧合。西班牙和意大利导演擅长拍情色的特质也是刻在了他们的基因里。
