The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 第一次听到Me and the Sky 还没get全部歌词就哭了，从此记住了这部剧。这次看官摄，从第一首歌里we will not be killed那里就开始哭。疫情后去剧场看的人应该和我一样吧。也希望有一天中国也会有感动全世界的作品，我们经历的也应该让全世界记得。最后，希望巡演赶快重启吧！我要进剧场看！
Sorkin太匠氣.....編排得太精緻，blur掉了歷史的真實感.....而且我不喜歡把三觀糊在每個角落的電影

我记得第一次看是在第一次艺考的那个冬天看的现场盗摄版，北京下了初雪，我躲在被窝里看这部剧，心里充满了对舞台的向往，然后情不自禁地流泪，至今我仍然觉得小成本音乐剧的成功典范就应该参考它，绝妙。
异常中的日常，是覆盖生活的全方位关怀，那些集体记忆中珍贵的情感和善意，会跨越时间给受困的人类带来力量。没想到全剧只有十二个演员，场景转换，人物多样，内容多元，让人感动，催人振奋，是可以排进前三的音乐剧了。

很精彩的法庭戏，剪辑十分紧凑，审判时刻的“简短”陈词，燃点和泪点并存，激动人心。科恩这个激进嬉皮士角色很是抢眼。
是什么造成这次冲突的？是我们的血。摘下警徽和编号的警察半个世纪后还能复刻的。结合在这片土地发生的事情真的太感触了……全世界都在看着，那个岛起码还能看到吧，这片土地的深处就看不到了，甚至没有审判。法庭上的博弈也好，律师激辩也好，联邦巡回法院的驳回也好，这个题材和这部电影本身也好，美国为什么是灯塔的所有理由。
奈飞在美国大选期间推出的60年代著名历史事件改编的政治法庭戏，挺有意思。人类现代社会是需要法律的，法律也是在不断地实践、反思、辩论、修正中进步。所以能拍、能看到这样题材之影片，很有意义。
开篇一段剪辑凌厉，不了解这段历史的观众需自行查阅补充背景，中间利用庭审来逐段还原事件的真面目，但索金的意图明显不是深挖而是借古喻今。前半段法庭戏好似疲于奔命的美剧，后半段金句频出，可惜全都是浮于表面的论述，大概索金还是驾驭不了如此宏大的叙事。只能说今时今日回顾这段历史的意义肯定大于索金拍出来的意义。
终于有人接住了示威者扔来的鸡蛋，替我圆梦了！
