The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 感情的表达和交流显得生硬
人生只有两个时间点可以卯定且不会缺席，那就是出生和死亡。模仿痕迹比较明显，但室内空间调度确实彰显功底。个人还蛮喜欢导演轻描淡写的几处超现实伏笔设置，结尾那段超现实的“另一个世界”的展现也很戳人。
剧本不行啊……这个电影估计是先想到跑酷可以做很好的画面，然后生套个人鱼公主的故事制造泪点弄出来的。槽点太多懒得吐了……老虚不行，浪费了这阵容，画面还是很美。
以后一定要补文学积累！！！
却忘记了真实的生活

抄袭美人鱼故事扣一星，自私利己主意价值观扣一星，男主的泰王同款露脐装扣一星。
这么个逆天的制作配上个毫无新意立场不明的故事，浪费
导演加油
画面很美，但是剧情就真的跟泡泡一样虚幻空洞，老虚你学谁不好学新海诚（也不能这么说，新海诚至少比你有诚意。。。。）
无聊且生硬。
长镜头不应该成为导演的遮羞布。看到平遥把奖项从山西出发给到这部，有些绝望，山西本地能否有新的、年轻的、大胆的、新的视角的电影出来被看到，我看不到希望。
