The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 影片中间韩老师的哥哥也来了，我以为会有什么拉跨的情节，但是并没有，韩老师用他的责任心同样说服了他的哥哥，这使我印象深刻。
看到孩子们渴求知识和种种艰苦表现真的很心疼，煽情程度刚刚好没有太过太“肉麻”。

挺奇妙的，明明是动画，但感觉就是真人电影加了滤镜。了解了那个年代美国熊孩子们的童年记忆。
1960年代真的是好热闹，有核威胁的笼罩，刺杀总统，越战，民权运动，还有太空竞赛，年届六旬的导演不可避免的陷入童年回忆。60年过去，我们居然只能进入近地轨道，再也没人重返月球，现在这个时代太无聊了。
本片不是故事片，而是上世纪60年代美国年轻一代的日常生活资料片。身为90后中国人，在片中找不到太多共鸣点，但没有一秒不陶醉在这漂亮的转描动画里。
哪怕是动画电影，主题内容依旧是典型的Richard Linklater，但这样的剧情却会缺少情感共鸣，对于类型电影来说是重要的一点。三星。
