The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     豆瓣并不算高的评分或许体现了观影的期待偏差。对于哈姆雷特的故事设定从一开始就没打算往叙事方向走，嫁接到北欧的历史环境，自然也不会是史诗的规模，特殊的神话和宗教崇拜体系下，一贯独特的色彩和运镜，最终呈现的，定是满足小众口味的融合菜码而已，我蛮喜欢。

    2022.4.22 bfi. 乏善可陈。甚至感觉是一部舞台剧。不少人物的表演停留在表面（个人感觉只有妮可基德曼表演得有血肉）。刚开始我在思考这是导演的原因还是演员的原因，尤其是开头扮演少年复仇王子的小演员，动作和表情真的是僵硬，机械化，像在表演一串串的指令，严重怀疑导演使用的是结果性指导。总体上相比很多年前看的惊艳的the vvitch, 感觉相差挺大，毫无新颖，略平淡无味。5
